S.T.A.R was created to maintain the peace throughout the world. Five scientists created ten chips with outstanding powers to keep that peace. Although, one of the scientist became corrupt and set out to destroy the world. Our story begins twenty years later in Rocko City with a boy by the name of Davis Bishop. He was the kid your parents told you to stay away from. He robbed, fought, and did whatever was in with his life. He felt as if he had to do something for his mother, since she was working two jobs and his father was no where to be found. He had great pride, but never was able to show it. When he arrived in Rocko City, he believed to be filled with nothing but darkness. Until he meets a girl, and discovers something about himself that shows him that the light he always longed for was never to far away.
